The NASPP is committed to increasing access to career opportunities at all levels. As a key part of advancing this mission, we are pleased to announce our 2026 Inclusion & Advancement Scholarships.
Goals for the Inclusion & Advancement Scholarships include:
- Creating an inclusive environment in the equity compensation community by providing access and opportunities to traditionally underrepresented groups.
- Providing the equity compensation community with increased access to a talented pool of professionals with diversity of contributions, ideas, and opinions.

Application deadline expired February 27, 2026.
Eligibility
To be eligible, the applicant should be from a traditionally underrepresented group and demonstrate a commitment to the field of equity compensation.
Scholarship Types
- NASPP Individual Membership Scholarship

Must currently be a non-member. The membership will expire after one year.
- NASPP Conference Attendance Scholarship (2026)
Join equity compensation's flagship event in Orlando

Available to NASPP members and non-members. The scholarship will cover the cost of registration fees for the annual NASPP Conference to be held in October 2026.
NASPP Education Program Scholarship
Choose a program to enhance your expertise

Available to NASPP members and non-members. The scholarship will cover the cost of registration fees for one of the NASPP's educational programs.
CEP Level 1/ECA Exam Scholarship
Take the first step towards your certification
3 Scholarships Available
Must be an NASPP member with less than two years of experience in equity compensation. The scholarship will cover the cost of CEP Level 1 Exam registration and registration in the NASPP's ECA Exam Study Group Program. All study materials are included in the exam registration fee. The scholarship does not include deferral or retest fees. Applicant must register for the exam in 2026 (either May or November).
