About the NASPP Global Advisory Council
The Global Advisory Council provides strategic guidance to the NASPP as it evaluates and advances opportunities for international growth — helping ensure that our global expansion aligns with our mission, delivers meaningful value to stakeholders worldwide, and is built for long-term sustainability. Members bring expertise spanning global equity compensation, international HR, legal, tax and compliance, and regional market knowledge, and advise on areas including market prioritization, program localization, strategic partnerships, and governance. Seats are awarded at the discretion of the NASPP.
