Kathleen Cleary

Education Director

As Education Director for the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, I oversee live and online educational programs, webcasts and podcasts, which include extensive supplemental materials.  I plan, manage and moderate the annual pre-conference program on various topics related to equity compensation. Prior to the NASPP, I held the position of Manager, Professional Services, with Solium/OptionEase.  In this role, I was responsible for client integrations with brokerage systems, implementations and support for clients challenged with complex equity and ESPP plans.  I have nearly 20 years of experience in equity administration, working for multinational companies including Cymer, Inc., IntraLase Corporation and Verenium, Inc. where my duties comprised full responsibility for all aspects of equity administration, including accounting, securities compliance and management of the stock administration team.

Jennifer Namazi

Editorial Director

As the Editorial Director for the NASPP, I am involved in managing content for the NASPP website, co-authoring The NASPP Blog, and contributing to NASPP content such as The NASPP Advisor.

Prior to joining the NASPP, I worked in the Strategic Solutions division for consulting firm Stock & Option Solutions. I've also held various stock administration positions with several publicly traded companies.

I'm a Certified Equity Professional, the current Treasurer for the DC/MD/VA chapter of the NASPP, and a past member of the CEP Advisory Board.

Deborah Rodney

National Membership Manager

I make sure members get the most value out of their NASPP membership regardless of whether they are a new or a veteran member. I cultivate new members and facilitate their orientation to the organization.  I provide on-going support for all of our NASPP members so they can maximize the benefits.

Before joining the NASPP team, I spent six years as Member Relations Director at ProVisors, a 5000-member national professional networking organization, and two years as Membership Resources, consulting with business and professional associations on strategies to get and keep members.  This experience was preceeded by a career in marketing as co-founder and principal of a full service advertising and branding agency, The Next Level Marketing.

Please reach out to me when you have any questions or feedback about your membership.  I am always interested to hear from you.
