Your Questions Answered About the New Naspp.com

We recently launched a new online experience and wow, feedback is great!

If you haven't had a chance to take a deep dive yet, here are some answers to popular questions:

Q. How do I login to the new naspp.com? 

A. All members need to reset their password the first time they visit the new naspp.com. Go to naspp.com, click on "login" at the top right, and select the "Forgotten Password" link. 

Bonus tip: Can't see an email in your inbox? Check your spam or junk folders, some first-time emails from Naspp.com may land there.

Q. Where do I find content on a specific topic like practices to manage insider trading windows?

A. There's a couple of ways to locate resources on a particular topic of interest.

1) Do a "keyword search" from the top of any website page.

Once you see results, you can filter further by date, topic or type of content. For example, if you are looking for a sample insider trading policy, you might search for "Insider Trading" and then filter by the content type of "Resource."

Bonus tip: The term "Resource" is used to describe a variety of content pieces, like articles, templates, sample documents, benchmark data, white papers and how-to-guides.

2) Visit one of our topic hub pages, where there are a variety of resources, along with subtopics of interest. For this example, you'd go to the "Company Insiders" hub page. 

Q. How do I find events and information about my local NASPP chapter?

A. Local chapters in regions around the United States are part of our "community." You can locate yours via the Find Your Chapter page. Each page contains events and other information specific to that chapter. 

Bonus tip: Subscribe to chapter email updates (direct from the chapter's page)  to be notified about new events and happenings in your local chapter. 

Q. Where do I find country specific resources?

A. We've got resources about regulations and practices for several countries around the world. We are adding even more countries over the next few months. NASPP members can find country specific resources via the Resources by Country page. 

Q. Where do I view benchmark and survey data?

A. The NASPP publishes 3 major flagship surveys, plus other quick and pulse surveys, on a variety of stock compensation topics and practices. Locate shortcuts to our most recent surveys via the "Resources" > "Research & Benchmark Data" links.

In addition, each flagship survey has it's own dedicated page. NASPP members can view the Executive Summary for all NASPP published/co-published surveys. Participating NASPP members and service providers can access the most recent version of each published survey.
