Earning CEU Credits

NASPP Career Center - That Job is Not Out of Reach

Maintain Your Professional Designation

The NASPP offers continuing education credit opportunities for certain programs to help you maintain your professional designation(s). 

Certified Equity Professionals (CEP)

CEP continuing education credit is offered for the following:

  • Live and recorded versions of webinars
  • NASPP Conference sessions
  • Online courses

Specific CEU amounts will be noted in each program's description. Please note that tracking and reporting of CEUs is self-administered. Refer to the CEP Institute standards to determine the amount of credit you can receive.

Continuing Legal Education (CLE)

CLE credit is available for the following:

  • Live attendance of NASPP Conference sessions (for residents of certain states only)

More information can be found on our conference microsite when it becomes available with the publication of the annual program each year (typically in May).

Continuing Professional Education (CPE)

CPE credits are available to accounting, finance, and tax professionals to maintain their license and expertise. CPE credit is offered for the following:

  • Live, in-person attendance of NASPP Conference sessions (considered "Group-Live" by CPE standards)
  • Live, in-person of chapter events (considered "Group-Live" by CPE standards)
  • Certain online programs (webinars, courses) may be eligible for CPE credit depending upon subject matter (considered "Group Internet Based" by CPE standards)

CPE credits are not available for on-demand or recorded programs.

The NASPP is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State Boards of Accountancy have the final authority on the acceptance of individual course for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org

 

WorldatWork Designations

Recertification credit for WorldatWork designations is offered for specified live and recorded courses.
