Service providers that are not eligible to complete the survey can access the full survey results at no cost once published, provided they are current NASPP members. This access is available to service providers only; issuer companies must complete the survey to access the full survey results.
About the Domestic Stock Plan Design Survey
This survey, last published in 2016, covers the design of stock option and both service-based and performance-based award programs for US employees, including eligibility and participation, share usage, overhang and burn rates, and grant terms and conditions.
The survey is part of the NASPP's trio of Stock Plan Design and Administration Surveys; this series of surveys constitutes the most in-depth and respected source of data on trends in the design and administration of stock compensation programs. The other surveys in this series include:
