Explore tricky areas in accounting and legal practices where issuers spend a disproportionate amount of time. Topics include Form S-8, accounting on a gross vs. net method, non-compete provisions, inducement grants, complex ESPP accounting, pay equity, net exercise/net withholding and cash-settled awards.
