Changing equity plan administration platforms is a challenging undertaking, and unexpected circumstances may arise.  Even knowing when and why to consider a service provider change can feel overwhelming.  Clear objectives and comprehensive planning will help ensure a successful transition with minimal worry.  The panelists will highlight how to undertake a provider evaluation, key services to review and audit during the evaluation and implementation process, what to expect as a result of the change, and who to include in the transition team.
