Nupur Bahal
Executive Director
Workplace Wealth Services, UBS Financial Services Inc.

Nupur Bahal is the Head of Market Strategy and Engagement with UBS Workplace Wealth Services. During her time with UBS, Nupur has led the development of the corporate financial wellness offering and is currently responsible for building the market strategy, thought leadership, industry engagement and partnerships for UBS' workplace wealth businesses.

Prior to joining UBS, Nupur spent 13 years with Fidelity Investments, where she held various leadership roles driving growth in Fidelity's stock plan, retirement, segment management and retail brokerage businesses. Prior to Fidelity, Nupur held roles in strategy, planning and business development at several firms including Merrill Lynch. Nupur has 20 years of experience in financial services and business consulting and has an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Event Details

UBS research, including UBS Equity Award Value Index, shows that employees tend to attach little to no perceived value to their equity awards. A strong culture reinforcing company's growth potential, straight forward plan design, and most importantly, personalized awards education and human advice can have a significant impact on employees perceived value of their awards. As the workplace continues to evolve – millennials make majority of the workforce, three generations working side by side, diversity, inclusion, and values are key. Employees of this new normal are more concerned about their specific needs – their present, future and overall wellbeing. They are looking for help at a more accelerated pace.

In this session, we will explore strategies to empower your employees and to start building loyalty with the workforce of the future today. The session will answer questions such as:
