Speaker Information

Terry Adamson
Terry Adamson served as the Global Practice Leader for Aon's Equity and Governance Consulting Services as well as BDO’s Compensation Practice Leader. In his role, Terry has advised thousands of public and private companies with regard to equity design, valuation, accounting under ASC Topic 718, and share management.
 
Terry was formerly on the FASB Round Table on Employee Share Options, and on the Executive Advisory Committee of the NASPP.   Terry currently serves on the Advisory Board of the CEP and is the Chairperson of the Society of Actuaries taskforce on stock option valuation.  Terry is a frequent author and speaker regarding equity compensation and is known as one of the premiere experts on Performance Share programs, specifically Relative TSR plans.

Robert Slaughter
Robert Slaughter is Principal of Product Management with E*TRADE Financial Corporate Services. In his role, Robert serves in the advancement of E*TRADE's stock administration technology. He specializes in complex equity types and processes, especially with regard to financial reporting requirements and the employee experience. Robert holds broad equity compensation experience and has helped hundreds of companies of all sizes administer, account for, value, and design equity-based instruments. He frequently presents on topics surrounding technology, broad-based granting, and financial reporting. He holds bachelor's degrees in Economics and Mathematics from Arizona State University.
