Jill Hoyle, Global Expatriate and Employer Senior Manager at BDO
Jill has over 20 years working in conjunction with multi-national companies encompassing global mobility services, global mobility risk assessment; global equity sourcing including trailing US and foreign tax obligations; assignment structuring; mobility and tax. She has advised and coordinated global mobility services for U.S. and non-U.S. tax clients through integrated technology in Nonprofit, Life Science, Automotive/Engineer, and IT industries which has exposed her to various global approaches. She has a profound technical knowledge on all aspects of program strategies including tax, compensation, payroll, immigration and policy.

Description:
Global Equity and a Mobile Workforce – With global mobility increasing and becoming more apparent than ever before, compliance obligations for LTI programs is top of mind.  Coupled with fluctuating tax withholding rules for equity, entity structures, and business travel, equity administration presents many challenges and pitfalls for organizations. One will come to understand the many components including, travel/residency implications and how this can impact your current global workforce.  With employees working remotely more than ever before, it is critical to identify variables such as state, federal, payroll and international tax considerations.  This session will facilitate a discussion on the challenges and options for tackling the administration behind global compliance.
