She has more than 15 years of experience assisting assignees and multinational corporate clients with their international assignment and compensation needs. Carol specializes in global assignment tax planning and compliance; expatriate compensation collection analysis and implementation; consulting for corporate international assignment programs, and coordination of assignment programs for multinational corporate clients. She has experience with clients from different industries as well as clients doing business in more than 30 countries around the world.
