Speaker Information

Eric Myszka - Senior Manager, Tax - West Region Leader, Human Capital Services
Eric is a Senior Manager with Grant Thornton LLP and is the West Region Leader of the Human Capital Services practice. In this role Eric is responsible for all matters related to compensation, benefits, employment tax and global mobility services. In addition, Eric serves as the national Golden Parachute Express Services® business leader.

Rob Storrick - Manager, Human Capital Services
Rob Storrick is a manager for Grant Thornton’s compensation consulting practice specializing in executive compensation for publicly traded companies, large private companies, and complex tax exempt organizations. Rob has experience in executive compensation benchmarking, short- and long-term plan design, board of director pay, and tax technical issues such as Sections 409A, and 162(m).
Rob has served clients in multiple industries (both public and private), ranging from industrial conglomerates, mining trusts, transportation and logistics, financial services, health care, medical equipment and supplies, and public pension funds.
Rob has co-authored a number of publications for Grant Thornton’s Human Capital Bulletin, covering executive compensation regulatory updates, industry trends, and general best practices.

Overview: Please join compensation consultants from Grant Thornton LLP as they discuss long-term incentive and performance metric trends, along with incentive plan changes companies are considering given the current environment.  In addition, Grant Thornton will provide an update on the new SEC human capital disclosure requirement for public companies.  At the end of the presentation, participants will:

  1. Identify trends in executive compensation and recognize opportunities to modify executive compensation arrangements
  2. Apply findings to future executive compensation design decisions, and
  3. Cite human capital governance developments.
