Event Details

One year into the pandemic, we surveyed nearly 400 share plan participants around the world to understand the impact of the pandemic on their decision to sell shares. Join us as we discuss the findings of this unique study, which provide insights into the following:
  • Why they recently sold their shares.
  • Whether the pandemic affected their decision to sell their shares.
  • The intentions behind the sale, and what they plan to spend the proceeds of their shares on.
  • Whether they feel that having employee shares has provided them with a sense of security and increased financial wellbeing, and whether they feel more engaged with their company because they are a shareholder.
  • How different demographic groups have different intentions behind the sale of their shares, and how they are impacted differently from the pandemic.
