Lynn is a global Data Privacy and IT Security risk advisor and compliance strategist within RGP's Advisory and Project Services practice. With 25 years of hands-on, practical experience, she is responsible for spearheading the firm's capabilities and solutions that assist clients in properly identifying their privacy, security and cyber program risks, program maturity and compliance-readiness. In this capacity, she also focuses on deploying solutions that harness leading practices, customized methodologies as well as integrating industry guidance from established forums such as the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
Prior to RGP, Lynn served as a business leader within Deloitte's Cyber Risk Services practice and also established Booz Allen Hamilton's Privacy & Data Security consulting practice in 2001, where she led a team of 80+ practitioners for 14 years deploying privacy and data security services across 50+ federal agencies within the finance, defense, healthcare and transportation sectors. From 1994-2001, Lynn served as EDS's global privacy lobbyist working with two Administrations during which she helped to draft industry rules and regulations for Glass-Stegall and Healthcare reform, and representing US interests overseas on the EU Data Protection Regulation

Jacobin Zorin is currently Chief Privacy Officer supporting Cepheid and the other five operating companies of Danaher Corporation's Diagnostic Platform with worldwide data privacy issues like HIPAA and GDPR. She was previously Director, Privacy Office & Stock Administration at Cepheid and served as Assistant Corporate Secretary of Cepheid prior to the acquisition by Danaher in November 2016. At that time, she managed day-to-day stock activity and data privacy as well as corporate and securities issues, Section 16 filings and insider trading policy compliance. Prior to Cepheid, she was most recently at LinkedIn Corporation. She has more than twenty years of experience in global equity compensation and corporate legal affairs, is a Certified Equity Professional, Certified Information Privacy Professional/US, Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe, Certified Information Privacy Manager, Fellow of Information Privacy and frequent speaker at industry events.

Lydia Terrill has worked in equity compensation for 20+ years at various companies in Silicon Valley, mostly on the public issuer side and often as a "Department of One". She currently manages the global equity programs at Vocera Communications. Other jobs have included private companies and a law firm. Lydia became Certified Equity Professional in 2002 and a Global Equity Organization (GEO) Fellow of Global Equity in 2018. She is also a member of National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) and GEO, and serves on the NASPP Silicon Valley Program Committee. She is a frequent speaker at NASPP, ETRADE, CEPI, and GEO events. She appreciates the variety, patience-building and lack of boredom that accompany work in this field.
