Transfer Agents – Turning your Provider into a Partner

Speaker Information

Josh McGinn, Western Region SVP | AST Financial

As the Western Region Senior Vice President for AST, Josh assists companies with planning, developing and administering a wide range of issuer services. Prior to joining AST, Josh was with Computershare, BNY Mellon Shareowner Services, and EquiServe, having originally started Bank of Boston's proxy solicitation department and contributing to that organization's e-proxy services, adopting the first book-entry ESPP and streamlining the merger exchange process. Josh holds both BS and MBA degrees from Boston University, has earned his Series 7 license, and has attained Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation. He is also a board member of the San Francisco Chapter of NASPP.

Join us in learning more about the roles and responsibilities of a Transfer Agent and how best to leverage your relationship. Josh McGinn of AST will give a fun/interactive presentation and provide an in-depth explanation of the various Transfer Agent roles, plus tips on how to gain greater efficiencies, cost savings and services to transform your transfer agent relationship from solely a service provider to an esteemed partner.

Lunch will be sponsored for NASPP members by AST, meeting fee for non-members is $25.



More Information

PARKING: The best option is to park in the free parking structures next to Buildings A & B (about a 2 minute walk to Building C) - drive past Building C and the parking structures will be on your left. There are also free surface stalls surrounding Advanta Building C and a free parking garage under Advanta Building C (but space there might be limited). Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to check-in at reception with a picture ID and your vehicle license plate details.
