Speaker Information

David Johnson, Deloitte Tax LLP
David is a Senior Manager with Deloitte Tax's Global Equity team in Seattle, specializing in global equity compensation and benefits consulting for multinational employers. David has experience advising companies of all sizes, both privately held and publicly traded, on all features of equity compensation including: global tax/regulatory compliance, employee communication strategy, stock administration optimization, IPO readiness and M&A due diligence. David has been with Deloitte for 7 years and has 18 years of experience in the field of equity. He graduated from the University of Washington in Political Economics, is a Certified Equity Professional and has previously held both Series 7 and 66 broker licenses.

Dustin Lewis, Deloitte Tax LLP
Dustin Lewis is a Senior Manager on Deloitte Tax's Global Equity team in San Jose, specializing in global equity compensation consulting for multinational companies. Dustin has experience advising companies ranging from private startups to publicly-traded multinational corporations on all facets of equity compensation, including plan design and implementation, tax/regulatory compliance and strategy, employee communications strategy, and stock administration efficiency and optimization. Dustin holds a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law and is a California‚Äźlicensed attorney.
