Aaron Oberg is a Senior Manager at E*TRADE Financial Corporate Services and currently works on the broker and administration side of the stock plan administration industry. He has been employed with E*TRADE Financial Corporate Services since 2008 and he is currently a Senior Manager of Corporate Services that leads a team specializing in stock plan administration. During his time in the industry he has developed specialties in a broad range of topics and has in depth knowledge of the practical application of plan designs. Aaron has been a Certified Equity Professional since 2009 and earned his B.S. in Aerospace Studies in 2003 from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Dustin Lewis, Deloitte Tax
Dustin Lewis is a Senior Manager on Deloitte Tax's Global Equity team in San Jose, specializing in global equity compensation consulting for multinational companies. Dustin has experience advising companies ranging from private startups to publicly-traded multinational corporations on all facets of equity compensation, including plan design and implementation, tax/regulatory compliance and strategy, employee communications strategy, and stock administration efficiency and optimization. Dustin holds a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law and is a California‐licensed attorney.

Vincent Schroder advises businesses around the world on questions pertaining to EU and US law as well as cross-border regulation and transactions. It has been one year since the EU revamped its data protection regime with the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in May 2018. This session will discuss GDPR requirements in the equity plan context, provide insight into the guidance received and practices that have evolved over the past year and offer recommendations for companies that are still determining how to manage GDPR compliance for their equity plans. We will also address any considerations for data privacy compliance in the EU and the UK in light of the pending Brexit and briefly highlight other significant developments in data protection laws elsewhere in the world.
