Session I:  M&A Best Practices for Successful Equity Award Conversion and Integration and Open Q & A Session 

This panel will discuss best practices and legal considerations for the assumption, conversion or payout of equity awards in M&A transactions.  The panel will focus on the treatment of target’s outstanding equity awards, post-closing integration issues, and related gotchas.  Learn about best practices to protect yourself and maximize opportunities for success. The panel will also hold an open Q & A session, so come armed with your questions.
