Marianne Friebel is the Director of Global Stock Administration at Dolby Laboratories, Inc. where she has overall management responsibilities for Dolby’s broad based Equity Compensation Plans offered in ~20 countries. Marianne has worked in the Equity Compensation field for 20 years with a broad depth of experience in all facets of Stock Administration including Global Stock Plan Management (Options, RSUs, Performance Grants, ESPP), Employee Communications, Internal and External Systems/Platforms, Financial Reporting, Global Mobility Tracking, SEC/Proxy filings, Option Exchanges and M&A. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz and an M.A. in Counseling from San Jose State University and obtained her CEP designation November 2004.
Marlene Zobayan is a partner at Rutlen Associates LLC. She has over twenty years of international tax and benefits experience including global equity plans, mobile employee taxation, global compensation and benefits. Her clients range from start-ups to Fortune 10 companies. She provides a range of services including global equity plan design, compliance reviews, assistance with local approvals and filings, communications, employer tax compliance advice and designing administrative processes; she is known for her expertise with mobile employee issues. Marlene is a regular speaker and author on global stock plan and rewards issues. A former Chair of the Advisory Board of the Certified Equity Professional Institute (CEPI) of Santa Clara University, Marlene is currently a member of the Curriculum Committee.
