Speaker Information

Jessica Laddon CEP , Sr. Relationship Manager – Computershare
Jessica has 19 years of experience designing, implementing and administering equity compensation programs including stock options, restricted stock units, and ESPP with a heavy focus on employee communications and training. Prior to joining Computershare, Jessica served as the Equity Administer at ViaSat, Inc. in Carlsbad, CA and Director of Stock Programs at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). Jessica holds an MBA in finance from the University of San Diego and earned a BA in Economics from University of California San Diego. Jessica became a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) in 2013. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the NASPP San Diego Chapter and GEO Southern CA Chapter.
Robyn Shutak CEP, Equity Advisory Services Practice Leader – Computershare
Robyn is a practice leader for Computershare’s U.S. Plan Managers business and has more than 15 years of comprehensive experience with employee equity programs. In her current role, Robyn helps increase the company’s brand awareness in the U.S., cultivate new and existing relationships through content development and additional services, and as a subject matter expert, helps support Computershare’s products, events, and initiatives. Prior to joining Computershare, Robyn worked as a Senior Director at the Global Equity Organization (GEO) where she was instrumental in transforming their membership services, was the Education Director for the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) and has held positions at various corporate issuer companies in the San Diego area.
Lynne Goldacker CEP, Lead Stock Plan Administrator – NuVasive, Inc.
Lynne leads the equity compensation function at NuVasive, managing stock administration for over 2,500 employees globally. She has responsibilities for equity program administration, governance, and communications for the firm’s broad-based equity compensation programs.  Before joining NuVasive in 2014, she held various roles in stock plan administration and executive compensation at Vical Incorporated and Lightspan, Inc.  She studied music at University of Puget Sound.
