Dustin Lewis
Senior Manager, Deloitte Tax
Dustin Lewis is a Senior Manager on Deloitte Tax's Global Equity team in San Jose, specializing in global equity compensation consulting for multinational companies. Dustin has experience advising companies ranging from private startups to publicly-traded multinational corporations on all facets of equity compensation, including plan design and implementation, tax/regulatory compliance and strategy, employee communications strategy, and stock administration efficiency and optimization. Dustin holds a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law and is a California‚Äźlicensed attorney.

Mike McComas
Consulting Manager, E*TRADE Financial Corporate Services
Mike McComas is the NASPP Chapter President for Salt Lake City, and a CEPI certified Consulting Manager with E*TRADE Financial Corporate Services, Inc. Prior to taking on his current role, Mike managed a team of Equity Compensation Operation Specialists. With a tenure of more than ten years at E*TRADE, Mike has obtained expertise in a wide array of equity compensation subjects including broker services operations, vendor data flow, process optimization, as well as the ins and outs of daily stock plan administration.
