Event Details

Since the COVID-19 pandemic started, there has been an unprecedented amount of mobility particularly for employees who decided to work remotely from another location. For many, remote work has become the norm and as we prepare to return to our ‘new’ normal, this may continue. Mobility and remote work present the employer with unique and, often complex, tax issues as well as challenges to tax compliance. This presentation looks at the trends for mobility in the past year, the tax issues impacting mobility, the variety of remote work policies that companies have implemented and the related tax compliance requirements for equity compensation teams.
