Joe McNeal is an Associate Partner in Aon’s executive compensation consulting practice, where he supports Compensation Committees and senior HR leaders in the technology and life sciences sectors. Joe is currently focused on providing clients expertise in the areas of compensation planning and management, equity program design/development, total rewards assessments, and initial public offering transition strategies as part of the consulting team in Denver, CO.
Prior to joining Aon, Joe held similar consulting positions with Compensia and Hay Group. His client experience includes a diverse group of public, private and not-for-profit organizations seeking guidance and counsel on issues ranging from pay for performance guidelines to the design of executive officer and Board of Director pay programs to compensation governance best practices.
Joe earned a bachelor of arts from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and a master of Economics from the London School of Economics & Political Science.
