Andrew Schwartz, CPA, CEP, Vice President, Computershare
Andrew has over 15 years of experience with the administration and taxation of equity compensation.
He currently manages the Executive Services team, responsible for all Rule 144/Section 16 equity sales and 10b5-1 plans for the employee plan and shareholder services businesses. In addition, he serves as a tax and regulatory advisor to Computershare’s US Plans business, as well as the equity compensation industry. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and on webinars.
Andrew earned an M.B.A. in Taxation from the Stern School of Business at New York University, and a B.A. from the University of California at Davis. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Equity Professional, and holds FINRA series 7, 24, 27, and 63 securities licenses. The NASPP honored him with a 10-year service award in 2017, and an individual achievement award in 2019.
