Playing Moneyball: Using Data and Analytics to Design Better LTI Plans
Now that performance awards have been regularly used for about a decade, it’s time your Long-Term Incentive Plans evolve just like baseball did with Moneyball. Join this session to see how data and analysis can help inform better and more efficient plan design. With three robust datasets from Aon, Fidelity and ClearBridge, we’ll uncover how rising trends can indicate more effective designs for shareholders and employees. We’ll also look at how designs impact behaviors and how behaviors can impact design. To better understand participant attitudes and perceptions about their company stock plan, Fidelity Stock Plan Services conducted a participant survey in 2018 to gather information on loyalty, motivation, and comprehension, with a special focus on women and younger participants.
