The Gender Gap and Equity Compensation
Despite increased attention and the growth of women-focused corporate initiatives, the latest studies show that the gender pay gap persists, and according to some metrics is widening. This entertaining session will discuss the latest trends and findings on the gender gap from the latest McKinsey & Company Women in the Workplace study, look at some past societies and their female participation and compensation practices, and look at why equity compensation is a powerful tool to leverage in trying to close the gender pay gap.
