Jenna is a CPA who has built her career helping local startups scale their finance organizations. She works to empower business leaders and employees to make good business decisions while they chase their big goals.

Cody Anderson, Strategic Relations at Carta
Cody Z Anderson is a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) and an early employee of Carta (formerly eShares).  Carta helps private companies- from formation to IPO- manage shareholder communications and compliance.  As an SEC-registered transfer agent, they help companies issue, value, and transfer securities 100% electronically. Carta's goal is to make it as simple for companies of all stages to turn employees into owners.  Cody's helped scale the organization from 30 employees and $1m in ARR to over 630 employees and $60m in recurring revenue and currently leads their strategic accounts team across emerging markets. 

David Willbrand, Partner, Thompson Hine LLP
At Thompson Hine, David is the Chairperson of the firm's Early Stage & Emerging Company Practice, primarily working with tech and biotech: Entrepreneurs and emerging companies, Accelerators and incubators, Early-stage investors and venture capital funds, and Research institutions and corporate innovation teams. Prior to joining Thompson Hine, David worked in the software industry, holding the dual role of CFO and General Counsel at a series of venture-backed companies. Prior to that, David practiced law in Boulder, Colorado.
