As a key component of executive compensation programs, long-term incentive plan design is an important topic of discussion for management teams, Compensation Committees and investors.  In this time of greater external scrutiny and investor activism, “getting it right” is more important than ever.  At the session, CAP will discuss trends in LTI plan design using information from CAP’s proprietary database as well as current issues companies are facing with LTI design.

Speaker Information

KELLY MALAFIS is a founding Partner with Compensation Advisory Partners in New York. She has 20 years of executive compensation consulting experience working with compensation committees and senior management teams on all areas of executive and board of director compensation. Kelly has work with public and private companies across multiple industries, including financial services, pharmaceutical, and insurance.  Kelly’s areas of focus include compensation strategy development, evaluating the pay and performance relationship for senior executives, annual and long-term incentive plan design, compensation program governance and board of director compensation.  She is a frequent speaker on executive compensation topics and has written articles for several publications, including Directors & Boards, Executive Counsel, and World@Work’s workspan
 
LAUREN PEEK is a Principal with Compensation Advisory Partners. She has 15 years of experience providing compensation consulting services to public and private companies.  Lauren primarily advises Compensation Committees and senior management on executive compensation strategy development, evaluating the pay-for-performance relationship, annual and long-term incentive plan design, board of director compensation, the preparation of proxy and CD&A and corporate governance issues.  She has significant experience in the consumer products, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.
