Integrating equity awards into employees overall financial wellness:
Each year companies grant more than $110 billion in equity to their employees. Yet employers continue to question if their employees understand how their equity works and the power it possesses when thought of in the context of one's overall financial picture. Now compound that with employee stress about paying off college debt, saving for retirement, and covering healthcare costs. In this session we will examine how financial wellness, when delivered in conjunction with equity plans, has a significant impact on employee retention and satisfaction with compensation. We will also focus on how issuers can increase employee engagement with equity programs though digital tools and partners. How changing consumer habits is necessitating a change in how education is being delivered. Lastly, we will look at how companies can increase adoption and determine ROI on financial wellness plans.
