Please join us on September 11th for a meeting with Dominic Andwan (CCP and Senior Client Partner and Rewards & Benefits leader based in Michigan) along with several other subject matter experts at Korn Ferry who will discuss several topics:
  • Sales effectiveness/compensation trends and considerations
  • Benchmarking and paying the digital workforce – competing for and rewarding key digital skills jobs
  • Compensation considerations during executive search & placement – how compensation functions can mitigate the concerns of all stakeholders, including the candidate, talent function and CHRO, during leadership candidate hiring

  • Please park in front of Northwestern Mutual building and take the elevator to the 3rd floor
  • Northwestern Mutual is the first office you will seeing walking out of the elevator
  • Please check in through the front desk and ask for Jake Raska, you will be guided to the appropriate conference room.
