Please join us on Wednesday, November 20th for a meeting with Ben Burney, senior advisor with Exequity. Ben will present the results of Exequity’s latest study on relative TSR usage among S&P 500 companies.
In today’s environment, companies striving to firmly, yet objectively, demonstrate links between pay and performance are remiss without consideration of market-based performance measures such as relative TSR. Faced with pressures from varied constituencies, relative TSR usage has increased to 58% of S&P 500 companies. Ben’s presentation will include a review of the study’s results, insights into what may be driving trends in usage, and considerations for companies thinking of adopting relative TSR as a performance metric.
Location: Cooper Standard, 39550 Orchard Hill Place, Novi, Michigan 48375 (Please sign in at the front door, the meeting will be held in Board Room #2)
Cost: Free for members and non-members.
