More Alike than Different? How Gender and Age Impact Perceptions of Equity Compensation
Equity plan participants come in all shapes and sizes. To better understand how gender and age impact participant attitudes and perceptions about their company stock plan, Fidelity Stock Plan Services conducted a participant survey in 2018. The survey findings provide rich information on loyalty, motivation, comprehension and other perceptions around their equity programs, with a special focus on women and younger participants. Join Emily Cervino from Fidelity Stock Plan Services to learn what is in the mind of participants and how equity compensation impacts them, and how these findings can help you make your equity programs more effective.
