Paras Sarvia is a Director in our Global Compensation practice and has over 10 years’ experience in the areas of expatriate tax and compensation consulting with a strong focus on the taxation and design of employee incentive plans, incentive plan management and corporate governance. Having worked in both the United States and throughout the Asia-Pacific region with a range of multi-national organizations, Paras has significant experience with assisting his clients with designing global incentive plans, identifying international tax favoured savings opportunities, and navigating through the administration, taxation and regulatory issues associated with managing global plans.
