Is that the light at the end of the tunnel? The goal of any executive compensation program, particularly the long-term incentive portion of that program, is to align pay with performance.  Management and Boards strive to achieve that alignment through careful plan design, selecting equity vehicles and performance measures that are most appropriate for their company and their industry. However, markets and uncontrollable forces have a tendency to disrupt these well laid plans. The better part of the past year rightfully focused on reacting and fixing the current equity compensation challenges. Our panelists are going to take a step beyond this period and shine a light on new trends and strategies that are emerging as a result.  Join Jon Burg of Infinite Equity and John Bagdonas of Global Shares as we discuss these emerging trends and ideas.
