He also has extensive experience in valuing, quantifying, and accounting for the costs of stock-based award programs.
Brandon received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on finance economics from the University of Florida and also received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of Florida. Additionally, Brandon is a member of the Global Equity Organization, International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, World at Work, and the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals.

Rob has practiced as a human resource consultant for 20 years. Rob specializes in various areas of human resources including financial accounting related to stock-based awards, compensation and benefits issues. Rob has worked in the compensation and stock-based accounting field since 1998 and has extensive experience in many aspects of employee rewards, stock-based accounting, plan design and data analysis.
Rob received a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from The University of Texas at Dallas. Additionally, Rob is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a member of World at Work.
Associate, Organization & Workplace Transformation
Kennedy Pennington is an associate based out of the Dallas office. Kennedy focuses on the area of compensation and benefits. Kennedy has experience on projects including job architecture, stock fair valuation, and the designing and benchmarking of executive compensation plans, including salaries, short-term, and long-term incentives.
Kennedy received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Abilene Christian University with a major in Business Management and concentration in Human Resources.
