Top Ten Equity Design Ideas to Better Align Outcomes with Objectives
Presented by Infinite Equity

Equity compensation is the most flexible component of the Total Rewards toolkit.  There are a wide variety of vehicles available and an infinite number of ways to design them to achieve a company’s stated objectives.  However, the outcome often misses the mark of realizing those objectives.  Participant confusion, unforeseen obstacles, and undesired outcomes can get in the way of truly maximizing the return on your equity program investments.  Infinite Equity’s presentation focuses on 10 straight-forward ways to tweak or change existing programs to better align the outcomes with the intended objectives.

Getting more out of your ESPP and equity compensation communication
Presented by Carver Edison

Introduced in 1964, the Employee Stock Purchase Plan was effectively America’s first financial wellness benefit. It is a powerful tool to help employees get ahead financially, ensure their interests are aligned with their employer, strengthen stock for shareholders, and drive more paid-in-capital for public companies. But it remains underutilized and, to some, financially inaccessible. Carver Edison designed a way to democratize access to the ESPP and ensure it’s keeping up with the times. Beyond that, the team has created an educational and engagement platform to assist with the demanding, and constantly changing, communications needs across equity compensation. Carver Edison’s presentation focuses on helping issuers understand powerful new paths forward to enhance their ESPPs and upgrade their equity compensation communication.
