In this continuous changing environment, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recently amended its disclosure of business, legal proceedings and risk factors requirements. The requirements have an increased focus on Human Capital disclosures. PwC will discuss the new amendment, its implications related to Human Capital disclosures and how it will impact organizations going forward.

SPEAKERS
Brandon Yerre
Principal, Organization & Workforce Transformation
Brandon has practiced as a human resource consultant for 20 years. Brandon specializes in various areas of human resources including the design, accounting, taxation, administration, and disclosure of compensation and benefits. He also has extensive experience in valuing, quantifying, and accounting for the costs of stock-based award programs.
Brandon received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on finance economics from the University of Florida and also received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of Florida. Additionally, Brandon is a member of the Global Equity Organization, International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, World at Work, and the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals.

Pam Weems
Director, Organization & Workforce Transformation
Pam practices as a compensation consultant in the Denver metro area. Pam helps companies address a variety of process, strategy and compliance issues related to incentivizing executives and the broader employee population. Pam has nearly 20 years of experience helping companies with compensation issues related to going public, spinning off or acquiring another company, implementing stock plan vendors, mitigating risk and optimizing processes related to compensation.
Pam is a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, the Global Equity Organization and World at Work.  With a PhD in Philosophy, Interpretation and Culture, Pam has a multifaceted approach to understanding the impact on human capital reporting on a company’s brand. 

Robert McIntosh
Director, Organization & Workforce Transformation
Rob has practiced as a human resource consultant for 20 years.  Rob specializes in various areas of human resources including financial accounting related to stock-based awards, compensation and benefits issues.  Rob has worked in the compensation and  stock-based accounting field since 1998 and has extensive experience in many aspects of employee rewards, stock-based accounting, plan design and data analysis.
Rob received a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from The University of Texas at Dallas.  Additionally, Rob is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a member of World at Work.
