Speakers:

Brandon Yerre: Brandon Yerre is a Principal with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he leads the Greater Texas People & Organization practice. Brandon has practiced as an advisor in the area of human resources since the year 2000. Brandon has extensive experience on projects covering the design, accounting, taxation, administration, and disclosure of compensation and benefits for all types of companies ranging from small private companies to Fortune 100 companies.  Brandon specializes in advising Boards of Directors and management in matters dealing with the implementation and governance of total reward programs and the development of organization-wide job architectures to support workforce strategy and planning.


Robert McIntosh: Robert McIntosh is a Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Greater Texas People & Organization practice. Robert works in the stock-based accounting field, with extensive experience in many aspects of stock-option accounting, plan design and data analysis and the broader compensation planning areas of total rewards consulting. He analyzes and summarizes equity-based compensation plans to assist clients with alternative accounting methods, assumption selection and required disclosures imposed by FAS 123 and ASC 718.  He designs and implements executive, management and broad-based employee base salary programs, annual incentive plans and long-term incentive and stock plans.

Please join the Dallas Chapter of NASPP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in learning how technology is changing not only our workplace, but our workforce and how equity compensation may evolve as a result. Whether its artificial intelligence or business intelligence tools, we will discuss some of these current & new technologies and how we see the use of these tools impacting the workforce. We will also share how employee rewards are evolving and the potential impact to equity compensation programs in supporting the incorporation and adoption of these technologies.

Arrival/Check-in: 2:30-3:00 pm
Presentation & questions: 3:00-4:00 pm
Happy Hour: 4:00-5:30 pm

Happy hour will include light appetizers and beer, wine and water.

Parking instructions: 
We will be hosting the meeting on the 20th floor of the PwC office located at 2121 N. Pearl St Dallas, TX 75201. Guests can park in the parking garage underneath the building (entrances located on Pearl St. and Olive St.) and parking validation will be available at the 20th floor reception.
