Cherie Curry, CEP. Cherie is the Director of Global Equity for Hilton, based in McLean, Virginia. Cherie has more than 20 years experience as an equity compensation professional working with domestic and international plans, including design, corporate actions, implementation and administration. She also has broad experience in executive compensation, accounting and financial reporting. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland and obtained her CEP from Santa Clara University. Cherie serves on the board of the DC/Maryland/VA Chapter of the NASPP.
Allison Hoeinghaus, CPA. Alison is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal's Tax and Compensation and Benefits practice in Dallas, Texas. Ms. Hoeinghaus provides tax advice to corporate clients for executive compensation matters, including issues related to golden parachute rules, stock options, restricted stock, deferred compensation, the one million deduction limitation and global compensation strategies. Ms. Hoeinghaus earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in professional accounting from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas, Austin. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Rebecca Kargl, CPA, CEP. Rebecca is a Senior Manager of Executive Compensation and Stock Plan Administration for Concho Resources, based in Midland, Texas. Ms. Kargl handles financial analysis and administration of executive compensation as well as administering the company's broad-based equity program. She is a graduate of Northwood and Texas Tech universities, holding her MBA as well as CPA and CEP designations. Rebecca serves on the board of the Dallas Chapter of the NASPP.
