Speaker Information

Kenneth Astarita, CEP


Ken is a senior relationship manager with Computershare Plan Managers. As a senior relationship manager, Ken works with his clients to help them effectively administer their Employee Stock Purchase and Equity Plans. He is intimately familiar with the issues plan sponsors face designing, implementing and administering a plan on a domestic and global basis.  

Ken has more than 19 years of experience working with corporate equity plans. Prior to joining Computershare in 2007, he spent 10 years with Citigroup, with the last 8 in their stock plan services group managing Fortune 500 companies. Ken also spent 4 years with Bankers Trust Company and 8 years with AT&T.

 Ken earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College and holds an MBA from Babson College. He earned his CEP certificate in 2012 and serves on the Board of the Connecticut NASPP Chapter.


Elizabeth Stoudt, CEP

AON Equity Services

Liz Stoudt is an Associate Partner at Aon with more than fifteen years of benefits and compensation consulting experience. Liz is responsible for overseeing Aon's Equity Services' consulting team based in Philadelphia. Aon’s Equity Services Team assists over 600 companies with all aspects of equity compensation, ranging from plan design and corporate governance to the valuation and expense accruals under ASC Topic 718.


Liz is frequent a speaker at various equity compensation conferences and seminars. Liz has attained the Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) and the Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designations. Liz currently serves on the board of the NASPP Philadelphia Chapter and the CEP Certification Council. She has volunteered on numerous test development activities for the CEPI and has been recognized with numerous Volunteer Excellence awards. Liz graduated from the Pennsylvania State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science.
