Effective Executive Equity Events

Sooner or later, the decision-makers at your company will exercise their options or vest in restricted stock, and these will be important, highly sensitive occurrences. Come learn about the important regulations, products, processes, and pitfalls from the initial call to funds disbursement. Some of the issues we will discuss are: When is a Form 144 necessary? What are the advantages of a 10b5-1 plan? What are some best practices when dealing with executive transactions?
