Jo-Ellen Pozner is currently on faculty at Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business. Her teaching focuses on Leadership and Organizational Behavior at the graduate and executive levels and she regularly teaches the Leading People class for MBAs and executives.
She graduated with a PhD in Management and Organizations from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and holds an MBA from the Stern School of
Business, New York University; a Masters in Economics from the School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University; and a BSFS in International Economics from the School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University.
This program is offered in partnership with the Silicon Valley Executive Center at Santa Clara University—home of the CEP Institute.

Attendees of the 26th Annual NASPP Conference and Exhibition and related programs can earn CPE and continuing education credits for CEP purposes. There is a $100 administrative charge for CPE credits; continuing education credits for CEP purposes are offered at no additional cost. This course is not eligible for CLE credit.
