Issuer Memberships
Those responsible for the design, administration, accounting, compliance, and/or education for internal employee stock plans.
Corporate Membership
ANNUAL TERM: $905
- Ideal for issuer companies with multiple stock plan professionals.
- Base rate includes up to 3 members
- Additional members at $180/individual
Individual Membership
ANNUAL TERM: $730
- For solo practitioners and single-access users.
- May be upgraded at any time to a corporate membership to include additional members.
Service Provider Membership
Those offering external services and solutions to issuers, including sales/marketing professionals, law firms, consultants and others.
Individual Membership
ANNUAL TERM: $730
- Service providers are limited to individual memberships for each member employee.
Group Memberships for 20 or More

Additional Memberships
Transitional Membership
ANNUAL TERM: $100
- Available to current and former NASPP members who are between jobs or otherwise experiencing a transition in employment.
- Provides full access to benefits, including job postings, networking, and other professional resources at reduced cost while you seek new employment.
- Renewable for one consecutive membership term only.
About Membership Terms and Dues
- NASPP membership runs on an annual term ending on Dec. 31st
- New memberships initiated after April of a given membership term will have dues automatically pro-rated
- Beginning October 1 of each year, new memberships are accepted for immediate access through Dec. 31st of the following year at the rate of the full annual term plus pro-rated dues for the remainder of the year that membership began.
