Announcing the Results of the 2011 Domestic Stock Plan Administration SurveyThe NASPP is pleased to present the final results of the 2011 Domestic Stock Plan Administration Survey, co-sponsored by Deloitte Consulting with survey systems support provided by the CEP Institute. The 2011 Survey has over 600 participants and covers stock plan administration and communication practices, ESPPs, insider trading compliance policies, stock ownership guidelines, and stock compensation for outside directors. This extensive survey is the industry's most comprehensive analysis of stock plan administration and related topics. All NASPP members of the participating issuer companies as well as NASPP service provider members are invited to view the full survey results here. About the Survey The NASPP's Stock Plan Design and Administration Surveys are the industry's most comprehensive surveys on all aspects of stock plan design and administration, consisting of three primary surveys: the Domestic Stock Plan Design Survey which covers stock compensation offered to U.S. employees; the Domestic Administration Survey which covers all aspects of stock plan administration as well as ESPPs and various other related topics; and the International Survey, which covers stock compensation offered to non-U.S. employees.
