The NASPP is pleased to present the final results of our 2007 Domestic Stock Plan Design and Administration Survey, co-sponsored by Deloitte Consulting LLP.  With over 300 questions covering ten different areas related to stock compensation and over 400 respondents, this extensive survey is the industry’s most comprehensive analysis of stock plan design and administration practices in the United States.

About the Survey

The NASPP has published the Stock Plan Design and Administration Survey since 1996.  The 2007 survey significantly expands the practices analyzed with respect to domestic stock plans, making it our most detailed and informative survey to date.  The survey provides in-depth data on usage, eligibility, participation, program design, and compliance practices for stock options, stock appreciation rights, restricted stock and units, performance awards, employee stock purchase plans, and non-employee director plans.  Many of the statistics reported in the survey are not available from any other source.  If you missed our webcast highlighting the results of the survey, Trends and Analysis from the 2007 Stock Plan Design and Administration Survey, listen to the archived recording or read the transcript at Naspp.com.
