As evidenced by the flurry of questions posted in the NASPP Q&A Discussion Forum, year-end tax reporting is an area of complexity and confusion for our members. To address this, we are pleased to announce the second of our annual series of webcasts on year-end tax reporting. This webcast will cover everything you need to know to fulfill U.S. tax reporting requirements for all forms of stock compensation, including what goes where on the Form W-2, when to use a Form 1099, and other important considerations.
