After much discussion and multiple versions, a tax reform bill has been signed into law. Individual tax rates, supplemental tax rates and the corporate tax rate have all been affected, as well as alternative minimum tax, the estate tax and Section 162(m). How will these changes affect equity compensation? Tune in to this panel of experts to get up to speed on the new tax laws.

  • How the new corporate tax rate will affect your existing DTAs and making the adjustments.

Cost: There is no charge for this program if you are a member of the NASPP for 2018. The webcast cost for non-members is $860.
