In the current era of "Say on Pay" and heightened risk management, stock ownership guidelines are more important than ever before and are now the norm within the Fortune 1000. This session will highlight the myriad variations in the design of effective guidelines, with a special focus on practical solutions to ensure the seamless administration and effective communication of these programs.
