In the current era of "Say on Pay" and heightened risk management, stock ownership guidelines are more important than ever before and are now the norm within the Fortune 1000. This session will highlight the myriad variations in the design of effective guidelines, with a special focus on practical solutions to ensure the seamless administration and effective communication of these programs.

  • How ISS views stock ownership plans in conjunction with Say On Pay votes, equity plans and shareholder proposals;
  • Which employees are typically subject to a share ownership plan and what are common ownership levels;
  • Tracking and enforcing ownership guidelines.

 

Continuing Education: This program qualifies for continuing education for Certified Equity Professionals (CEPs). Please keep a record of your attendance and refer to the CEP Institute standards to determine the amount of credit you can receive.

Cost: There is no charge for this program if you are a member of the NASPP for 2015. If you do not have a 2015 NASPP membership, renew today or try a no-risk trial to access the webcast for only the cost of membership (starting at $575). The webcast cost for non-members is $725.
