Practical Guide to Performance-Based Awards
September 20, 2010
Chicago, Illinois
Immediately preceding the NASPP’s Annual Conference
A comprehensive guide to performance-based awards presented by the
National Association of Stock Plan Professionals
Why we offer this program:
Performance-based awards are one of the hottest trends in stock compensation today, yet few understand the administrative and legal complexities involved with them. It's critical that companies carefully examine both the legal and administrative implications of these awards and ensure that they design their plan to align with company, executive, and shareholder interests. This intensive one-day program will give you the substantive knowledge necessary to implement or administer this unique and emerging form of equity compensation.
Practical Guide to Performance-Based Awards

The Program
Extensive program materials lay a foundation of the basic principles and concepts of performance-based awards and then build on that foundation to introduce increasingly more complex regulatory and administrative nuances, exceptions, and varying interpretations. Seasoned professionals present the materials, answer your questions and network along with the group. Attendees will attain the knowledge necessary to better analyze their own performance-based award programs and determine how their plans fit into current standards and regulations.
