Financial Reporting for Stock Compensation

September 23, 2013
9:00-6:00
Washington, DC
Immediately preceding the 21st Annual NASPP Conference

A comprehensive guide to accounting for equity awards presented by the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals

Why we offer this program: Stock compensation directly impacts a company's financial statements and earnings per share; understanding the daunting complexities of US accounting principles for equity compensation is critical for avoiding mistakes that almost always have legal and financial repercussions. Designed for professionals with limited knowledge about stock plan accounting, this course will help you become literate in all aspects of stock plan accounting, including the practical considerations and technical aspects of the underlying principles.

Registration:

  • $695 for NASPP Conference registrants ($795 after May 31)
  • $995 for non-registrants/members
  • $1,595 for non-registrants/non-members

The Program

Extensive program materials tackle accounting principles and administrative nuances, exceptions, and varying interpretations. Seasoned professionals present the materials, answer your questions, and network along with the group. Attendees will attain the knowledge necessary to better analyze the financial implications of their own stock plans.
